Nepal Rastra Bank has given instructions to microfinance to open client protection fund as:
(1) 1 % of net profit and
(2) Those companies distributing more than 20% dividends (cash or bonush) will have to deposit 25% amount of proposed dividend (of more than 20%)
Thus investing on microfinance for long term seems dividends not more than 20 %.
