Future of Micro Finance in Nepal

Though there is a huge vaccum in rural sector investment, no doubt microfinance institutions are playing some +ve roles and doing good business. But situations are now changing as A, B and C class banks have seen the profit earning through microfinance and they are gradually starting microfinance business rather than lending on deprived sector through microfinance.
Thus profits of micro finance will gradually decrease and of A, B and C class bank that are doing micro finance business will increase; after all they are charging 18 to 24 % with customers. BE WARE FRIENDS...
